I use photography as a portal into my subjects...the

expansiveness of a landscape, the precision of

architecture, the interaction with people as they reveal their

inner selves.

     My hands-on construction and building background has

clarified for me a linear vision of light and shadow.  Yet I

experience the freedom of movement and curves not only

through my eye, but also in my relationship with the

camera.  I need to move! I have a tremendous appetite for

experience and a yen for adventure.  Travel allows me to

delve into cultures and emotions through the lens of my

camera.

     From brilliant color photos to the purest of black and

white, I see the world as it stands still for me!
